The new concert organizer, Topman Global Limited, will send a “Notice of ticket collection” by e-mail or SMS between 26 to 31 August 2019 to individuals who have successfully completed their priority purchase or ticket exchange registration.

 

Please note that :

 

1. All registrants' information and registered tickets information cannot be altered.
   
   
2. After the deadline (i.e. noon of 9 August 2019), all unclaimed priority purchase ticket(s) will be processed by the new concert organizer at its sole discretion. Eligible persons who have not exercised their right to priority purchase would be deemed to have waived their rights voluntarily and shall have no claim whatsoever.
   
   
3. After the deadline, all original tickets for the "My Love Andy Lau World Tour Hong Kong 2018" concert that were not registered for ticket exchange will be invalid and cannot be used for the 2020 concert. Qualified persons who have not exercised their right to the ticket exchange will be deemed to have waived their right voluntarily and shall have no claim whatsoever. All unclaimed ticket(s) will be processed by the new concert organizer at its sole discretion
