The “Concert Ticket Refund Request Form – by Post” has been sent to each [Ticket Exchange Registrant] by email/SMS on 24th and 25th February 2020 by the Concert Organizer.

If you have not yet submitted the refund request, please send the completed and signed refund request form together with the relevant original ticket(s) by registered post or courier on or before 30thApril 2020. Requests received after the deadline (based on postmark date) will not be accepted.
