The following notices will be sent to qualified persons by email or SMS from 26 to 31 August 2019 by the concert organizer “Topman Global Limited”. Please carefully read the content of the notice especially the details of the ticket collection and the important notes:

“Notice of ticket collection for ticket exchange registration” – for registrants whose registration has been confirmed.

“Notice of ticket collection for priority purchase” – for purchasers whose payment has been processed.

Important Notes:

① Please note that no ticket exchange/priority purchase will be accepted anymore. All registered ticket exchange information (including details of registrants and ticket details) cannot be amended.
② All original tickets for the "My Love Andy Lau World Tour Hong Kong 2018" concert that were not registered for ticket exchange will be invalid and cannot be used for the 2020 concert.
